I haven't experienced such great customer service in forever! I goofed up and ordered the wrong size of socks by mistake. Totally my bad. I reached out to them, and they handled everything super fast. I’ll surely shop with Danish Endurance again. I really wish more businesses maintained this level of customer care.

I placed an order for some clothes from Danish Endurance in December, but I haven't seen the product yet. It's been more than a month, and I haven't received any responses to my emails. They’ve already taken my money! I'm really not happy since there's no way to get in touch with them!

I made a purchase from Norway and found out about some import taxes that I didn’t know about. After reaching out to customer support and explaining that there was no info about these taxes not being included when I placed my order, they took it as feedback to enhance their site. I received a refund for the taxes, and I hope these charges are now clear for folks ordering from other countries so they can decide better. Appreciate you guys for addressing this issue!

I'm still in the dark about my order; the tracking info hasn't changed since December 7th, and the company only seems to reply to emails after I leave a bad review here.

I spent $200 on this stuff, and I just want to know when it's gonna show up. It's been almost three months! Either give me my package or just refund me, please.

I spent nearly €200 on 15 Nov 22, they took my cash, but nothing showed up. I reached out via email, and they were polite, asking if I wanted a refund or a resend. I opted for them to send the items again (I really wanted them). On 07 Dec, they promised to resend the next day (08 Dec). By 27 Dec, they checked their system and claimed they couldn’t see if I had received anything! Red flags, right? They don’t even know where their stuff is. On 03 Jan, I shot them another email, saying I hadn’t gotten anything. Today, I emailed again. STILL NO RESPONSE. No cash back, no refund, no emails, no communication whatsoever. Absolutely dreadful service. I can’t even review their products BECAUSE I NEVER GOT THEM, while they’re sitting pretty with my €200, and I’m left empty-handed. Today, I tried reaching out through their Contact page, but no acknowledgment of my message. I’ve been stuck waiting for over half an hour on their chatbot. No luck there either. Maybe this company has gone under? Update: I finally got a full refund, but I’m still bummed that my dear mom missed out on her merino underwear for Christmas.

I ordered six pairs of underwear and was so pleased that I quickly placed another order for six more. The quality is fantastic, but one piece had a stitching issue after a wash. I reached out to DE on January 2, thinking I’d have to wait ages due to the holiday, but to my surprise, they replied in just a few hours asking for a picture of the problem. I sent the photo, and within hours, they confirmed they’d send a replacement, no fuss at all. The new item showed up on January 6. You really can’t beat this level of customer service.

At first, I placed an order for the underwear through the Danish Endurance site, but then I figured out I could snag it on Amazon without any shipping or import charges. So, I reached out to Danish Endurance to cancel my order, and they took care of it right away. I ended up purchasing it on Amazon. The bamboo shorts are fantastic - super comfy, soft, and they fit just right.

I ordered a merino shirt during Amazon's Black Friday sale, and as usual, it arrived pretty quickly. The packaging was spot on, but unfortunately, I found the wrong shirt inside. I reached out to Amazon, and they told me there wasn't much they could do except suggest I send it back. That left me in a bit of a bind since I’d be without a shirt, and the new one would cost more since the sale was over.

So, I decided to email Danish Endurance directly. They got back to me super fast and were really friendly. I provided my address, and they assured me I’d get the right shirt. I was in a bit of a rush because it was chilly, and I had an army exercise coming up. A few days later, I received another email saying the color and size I wanted were sold out, but I could pick from other options. I replied that it was a bummer, but I’d take a different color, even though it wouldn’t arrive in time for my exercise.

Not long after, I got an email saying they’d sent my package via express shipping, and it would make it on time. And guess what? It did! The package showed up just hours before I had to leave.

The customer service was absolutely fantastic. Mistakes happen, and I totally get that it was probably just a mix-up with returns. Plus, the shirt itself is awesome! Definitely giving it 5 stars.

As flu season hits and heating bills climb, my husband was freezing, so I decided to check out Danish Endurance for some lightweight merino wool underwear. I had planned to gift them for Christmas, but with the snow and ice hanging around for nearly ten days, I gave them to him early. He really digs them; they’re not itchy at all, and he stays dry while wearing them. They slide right under his clothes without a hitch. Total win!

Fantastic service whenever you need it! If you run into any problems, they’ll figure out a solution. Really great!

I placed my order on December 2, 2012, to be sent to NY. It's been over a week, and there’s been no shipping update, plus I can't reach anyone at DHL.

I've tried emailing Danish Endurance twice, but no luck getting a reply.

All I'm looking for is some tracking info so I can figure out when my package might arrive. If it’s lost, I’d like a refund or a reshipment.

UPDATE: After I posted this, I finally got a response, and they gave me a new expected delivery date. I’ll keep you posted once I receive it.

Is your customer service even a thing? I've made multiple attempts to get in touch, but no one has bothered to respond. So, I'm taking my complaint to Trustpilot and starting off with a 1-star rating (which honestly should be a big fat zero). I'm looking for info on an order of running socks meant as a gift for Hawaii. I haven't gotten any confirmation email about the order, just an automated reply, and I can see that the payment went through. Please get back to me, ideally with tracking info or at least some sort of explanation.

They swiftly set up a replacement for the item that wasn’t quite right. I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of their apparel. Definitely gonna shop here again.

Awesome products and fantastic service. I totally suggest the compression socks for athletes or anyone who spends a lot of time on their feet.
